i've been posting a lot about magazine covers lately but after all, we are in august and it is the time of the september issues.

out next week is i-d's long awaited 30th anniversary issue.

last year, photographer nick knight conducted his three week, 200 portraits session at somerset house for i-d.

the subjects included gareth pugh, the xx, florence welch, patrick wolf, lara stone, christopher kane etc.

aka all my favourites.

a preview of the covers has been unveiled.

kate moss, lady gaga, naomi campbell.

i'll be buying the kate cover obviously.
